INDUSTRY-LEADING SUPER CUB STCs
CubCrafters continues to redefine what’s possible with legacy Super Cubs. Our latest FAA-certified Supplemental Type Certificate (STC) increases the gross weight of the PA-18 Super Cub to 2,300 lbs, more than 30% above the original specification. See official CubCrafters Press Release here.
This STC combines several critical modifications into one integrated package:
- 180 HP engine with stronger engine mount
- Strengthened fuselage
- New wings and landing gear
- Vortex generators and tail strakes
It is the only FAA-approved STC that certifies a 2,300 lb gross weight for the PA-18, and it’s available exclusively from CubCrafters.
