As a CNC Programmer you are directly responsible for creating and editing all necessary programs for our fabrication facilities. You will also design fixtures, identify tooling needs, and troubleshoot any issues at the machine. This position will challenge your ability to plan and program complex surfacing, multi-operations, and/or multi-axis parts.
The Material Control Manager oversees, and has direct responsibility for, CubCrafters Material Control functions. Scope of responsibility includes aircraft sub-assembly movement, logistics, and warehousing systems for the flow of parts and materials throughout our manufacturing plants. The M.C.M. also functions as an integral member of the operations team which assists with coordination of operational planning and day-to-day crisis management.

This is not an entry level position; we are looking for an experienced professional to lead and develop a high performing maintenance team. The successful candidate will become a business unit manager within the larger organization with both financial and FAA compliance responsibilities for the company.
The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for crafting effective financial strategy, providing appropriate and needed metrics, and bringing accounting best-practices to the company. The successful CFO will also play a role in developing overall company strategy, but especially in crafting and implementing financial procedures to improve and maintain the financial health of the company.
Cub Crafters has an opening for a Wire Harness Technician. This position will be responsible for manufacturing harnesses that will be installed on Cub Crafters production aircraft.
This position will be responsible for performing avionics and electrical installations and repairs under supervised direction.
Cub Crafters, an industry leader in light aircraft manufacturing is seeking individuals to work on our second shift, Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Once training is complete OT will be required when behind in production. This individual must be a dependable, active member of the production team who is able to work independently and with others.

CubCrafters is expanding and has full-time aircraft mechanic positions in both our new manufacturing and our service and maintenance organizations. Staff in these positions inspect, maintain, and repair the structural, mechanical, and electronic systems of the aircraft we manufacture and service. Our mechanics are trained to use a wide variety of diagnostic devices, computers, hand & power tools to assess, fix, and assure the airworthiness of the aircraft we produce and maintain. In this position the primary role is to move parts and documentation between all Cub Crafters locations, occasional pick up or deliver to and from various assigned locations. This person will also assist in receiving, storing, stocking and distributing parts to the production line following Cub Crafters warehouse systems. The candidate to fill this position must be an active, high paced individual who enjoys a challenge and who strives for continuous improvement and works well independently.

WORKWEEK:
This position will work Friday, Saturday and Sunday, this is a 36 hour work week but will be paid for 40.

The main job duty for this position will be to build Kit boxes to ship our Kit Airplanes to customers as well as building custom boxes for other shipping and in house needs. This position will also require light building maintenance, grounds keeping as well as various duties at our manufacturing facilities.
This is a permanent, full time position.
