Quality Control Inspector

The primary role of the Quality Control Inspector is to act on behalf of the Cub Crafters Quality organization to enable the success of the airplane manufacturing teams in all activities. A Cub Crafters Quality Control Inspector works independently or with peers and management from all departments to achieve quality objectives.

Fiberglass Technician

Cub Crafters, an industry leader in light aircraft manufacturing is seeking individuals to work on our second shift, Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Once training is complete OT will be required when behind in production. This individual must be a dependable, active member of the production team who is able to work independently and with others.

CNC Programmer

As a CNC Programmer you are directly responsible for creating and editing all necessary programs for our fabrication facilities. You will also design fixtures, identify tooling needs, and troubleshoot any issues at the machine. This position will challenge your ability to plan and program complex surfacing, multi-operations, and/or multi-axis parts.

Engineer I

CubCrafters, an industry leader in light aircraft manufacturing, has an opening for an Engineer I. This position will be responsible for production support, process improvements, design projects, and other tasks as needs arise.

Aircraft Maintenance Manager

CubCrafters, the worldwide industry leader in the design and manufacture of light STOL capable general aviation aircraft, is also the most trusted provider of aviation maintenance services to the fleet of over a thousand aircraft we have manufactured or rebuilt in over 40 years of business.

We’re looking for a responsible, motivated, and talented individual that can build a team of like-minded aviation maintainers to operate and grow our Rebuild Shop.

This is not an entry level position; we are looking for an experienced professional to lead and develop a high performing maintenance team. The successful candidate will become a business unit manager within the larger organization with both financial and FAA compliance responsibilities for the company.

Wire Harness Technician

Cub Crafters has an opening for a Wire Harness Technician. This position will be responsible for manufacturing harnesses that will be installed on Cub Crafters production aircraft.

Aircraft Mechanic – Multiple Positions

CubCrafters is expanding and has full-time aircraft mechanic positions in both our new manufacturing and our service and maintenance organizations. Staff in these positions inspect, maintain, and repair the structural, mechanical, and electronic systems of the aircraft we manufacture and service. Our mechanics are trained to use a wide variety of diagnostic devices, computers, hand & power tools to assess, fix, and assure the airworthiness of the aircraft we produce and maintain. We’re looking for responsible, motivated, and talented individuals at all experience levels to join our team of like-minded aviation maintenance professionals.

Production Administrator/Expeditor

The Production Administrator/Expeditor is responsible for issuing and tracking work order for both the Assembly and Fabrication Facilities, ensuring required material is supplied to the production floor according to the production schedule. This position is also responsible for expediting and prioritizing revised production summaries, keeping the production line informed and up to date on changes. You will work directly with sales and quality to ensure all aircraft documentation is filled out correctly. This will include production traveler, log book labels, aircraft data base uploads, flight test books, etc. Upon aircraft certification and at aircraft delivery, the Production Administrator/ Expeditor is responsible to review, ship, and close all jobs linked to the aircraft. You will also be working closely with various Managers, Leads, Mechanics, Material Control, and Engineering.

Parts and Accessories Sales Clerk

The Parts and Accessories Sales Clerk will be responsible for all aspects of parts sales to both fleet and individual retail customers. This position requires tracking and verifying inventory, receiving and processing orders originating from phone calls, emails, and online. The Parts and Accessories Sales Clerk will also be responsible for assisting customers in finding the correct part for their application and following through to make sure the customer receives their order in a timely and efficient manner. This person will be the primary contact for external airframe parts sales across multiple product lines and provide customer assistance in navigating our web store and parts catalogs.

This position will work Friday, Saturday and Sunday, this is a 36 hour work week but will be paid for 40.
