Material Control

In this position the primary role will assist in receiving, storing, stocking and distributing parts between Cub Crafters warehouse locations. The candidate to fill this position must be an active, high paced individual who enjoys a challenge and who strives for continuous improvement and works well independently.

Aircraft Cover Technician

 

CubCrafters is looking for a dependable, hardworking, team player, willing to learn the trade of covering aircraft. You must have attention to detail, able to perform repetitive tasks, and the ability to follow instructions as they are directed.  Prior experience not required but a plus.

Paint/Prep Technician

TWO SHIFTS AVAILABLE:
WEEKEND SHIFT: This position will work Friday, Saturday and Sunday, this is a 36 hour work week but will be paid for 40.
2ND SHIFT: This position will work Monday through Friday 1:30 PM to 12:00 AM.

CNC Programmer

 

As a CNC Programmer you are directly responsible for creating and editing all necessary programs for our fabrication facilities. You will also design fixtures, identify tooling needs, and troubleshoot any issues at the machine. This position will challenge your ability to plan and program complex surfacing, multi-operations, and/or multi-axis parts.

Quality Control Inspector

The primary role of the Quality Control Inspector is to act on behalf of the Cub Crafters Quality organization to enable the success of the airplane manufacturing teams in all activities.  A Cub Crafters Quality Control Inspector works independently or with peers and management from all departments to achieve quality objectives.

Support Engineer – Avionics and Electrical

CubCrafters, an industry leader in light aircraft manufacturing, has an opening for an avionics focused Engineer. It is a job that offers a wide variety and the opportunity to be part of a great team to design, build, test, and innovate aircraft.  This position will be responsible mainly for avionics and electrical production support, process improvements, design projects, and other tasks as needs arise.

Avionics Manager

The Avionics Manager will oversee our FAA certified repair station and production avionics team. This
position is expected to work in close collaboration with other departments to plan and perform various
retrofits, scheduled/unscheduled avionics maintenance, and support our kit panel builds. You will also
be responsible for coordinating and ensuring daily production avionics needs are met.

Mechanical Designer

CubCrafters, an industry leader in light aircraft manufacturing, has an opening for a Mechanical Designer. It is a job that offers a wide variety and the opportunity to be part of a great team to design, build, test, and innovate aircraft. This position will be responsible mainly for structural and mechanical design projects, and other tasks as needs arise.

A&P MECHANIC

CubCrafters is expanding and has full time aircraft mechanic positions in our service and maintenance organizations. Staff in these positions inspect, maintain, and repair the structural, mechanical, and electronic systems of the aircraft we manufacture and service. Our mechanics are trained to use a wide variety of diagnostic devices, computers, hand and power tools to assess, fix, and assure the airworthiness of the aircraft we produce and maintain. We’re looking for responsible, motivated, and talented individuals at all experience levels to join our team of like-minded aviation maintenance professionals.

Aircraft mechanics in our maintenance organization will generally perform annual inspections, repair, upgrade, and rebuild existing aircraft for our customers.

CubCrafters also highly values the role our aircraft maintenance teams have in the improvement and development of the aircraft we manufacture by providing feedback to both our Engineering & Product Development team and our Customer Support team in a process of continually updating and improving the aircraft designed and manufactured by the company.

Manufacturing Technician

A Manufacturing Technician is a full-time position that reports directly to a department Manufacturing Lead. We’re looking for a responsible, motivated, and talented individual that can contribute to an aviation manufacturing line, with specific responsibilities as follows:
