2019 Carbon Cub EX-3 – Built for Water and Runways

This 2019 Carbon Cub EX-3 is a highly capable and fun amphibious floatplane, equipped with Clamar amphibious floats installed in February 2024. The floats feature the Clamar Gear IQ alert system, upgraded actuation and induction systems, dual water rudders, and 3/8″ walking wire for added convenience and control. Powered by a 186 HP Lycoming engine and paired with an 83” Hartzell Trailblazer constant-speed propeller. The Executive Glass Garmin G3X avionics suite includes a G3X Touch display, engine monitor, ADS-B In & Out, dual VHF comms, and autopilot for confident navigation and situational awareness. Additional highlights include a Reiff engine heater, Oregon Aero front and rear seating, and a classic yellow Cub paint scheme with custom striping and the stylish checkerboard tail. This EX-3 is a versatile and well-equipped floatplane—ready for wherever your adventures take you. Aircraft also comes with 3X3 wheel landing gear (to be shipped separately).
