N761AP – 2009 Carbon Cub EX – Hot Rod with LyCon Cylinders

This 2009 Carbon Cub EX is a true backcountry hot rod, combining lightweight Cub performance with a fresh 10:1 compression top end featuring new LyCon cylinders and moly-coated components. With just 30 hours on the new top end, an 1,865 lb gross weight, extended 40-gallon fuel capacity, and fresh fabric, paint, and windows, this EX is ready for plenty of adventure ahead.

Built for serious off-airport capability, it sits on TK1 6″ gear with new 35″ Alaskan Bushwheels, Grove 10″ wheels and heavy-duty brakes, and a T3 tailwheel assembly. The cockpit is equipped with a 10″ Dynon display, Dynon autopilot, upgraded throttle and stick grip, Vernier mixture control, four USB chargers, and Oregon Aero memory foam seats. New LED navigation and beacon lights round out a well-equipped Carbon Cub EX that’s ready to get back into the backcountry.
