Human Resources Coordinator

A Human Resources (HR) Coordinator, or Specialist, guides all tasks necessary to keep human resources responsibilities operating successfully and efficiently. HR coordinator/specialist manages activities and record keeping that involves employees, including hiring, compensation, and performance management. As an HR Coordinator, you would report to the company’s CFO, closely support and prepare reports for the company president & CEO, and always add value by contributing to improve the HR office’s policies and procedures. We are looking for individuals with a willingness to embrace change, have a positive attitude with a team oriented mentality, and have a work history that indicates reliability.

Production Administrator/Expeditor

The Production Administrator/Expeditor is responsible for issuing and tracking work order for both the Assembly and Fabrication Facilities, ensuring required material is supplied to the production floor according to the production schedule. This position is also responsible for expediting and prioritizing revised production summaries, keeping the production line informed and up to date on changes. You will work directly with sales and quality to ensure all aircraft documentation is filled out correctly. This will include production traveler, log book labels, aircraft data base uploads, flight test books, etc. Upon aircraft certification and at aircraft delivery, the Production Administrator/ Expeditor is responsible to review, ship, and close all jobs linked to the aircraft. You will also be working closely with various Managers, Leads, Mechanics, Material Control, and Engineering.

A&P MECHANIC

CubCrafters is expanding and has full time aircraft mechanic positions in our service and maintenance organizations. Staff in these positions inspect, maintain, and repair the structural, mechanical, and electronic systems of the aircraft we manufacture and service. Our mechanics are trained to use a wide variety of diagnostic devices, computers, hand and power tools to assess, fix, and assure the airworthiness of the aircraft we produce and maintain. We’re looking for responsible, motivated, and talented individuals at all experience levels to join our team of like-minded aviation maintenance professionals.

Aircraft mechanics in our maintenance organization will generally perform annual inspections, repair, upgrade, and rebuild existing aircraft for our customers.

CubCrafters also highly values the role our aircraft maintenance teams have in the improvement and development of the aircraft we manufacture by providing feedback to both our Engineering & Product Development team and our Customer Support team in a process of continually updating and improving the aircraft designed and manufactured by the company.

Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager (SCM) shall direct and oversee all procurement activities, lead a team of buyers, and maintain a supply base of raw materials, hardware, and outside services. The SCM is expected to drive strategic supply chain planning, establish metrics to improve performance, and ensure that best practices and procedures are employed. Though reporting to the Production Manager, the SCM will interface regularly with other departments in coordinating efforts and continuous improvement (CI) activities.

Material Control

In this position the primary role is to move parts and documentation between all Cub Crafters locations, occasional pick up or deliver to and from various assigned locations. This person will also assist in receiving, storing, stocking and distributing parts to the production line following Cub Crafters warehouse systems. The candidate to fill this position must be an active, high paced individual who enjoys a challenge and who strives for continuous improvement and works well independently.

WORKWEEK:
This position will work Friday, Saturday and Sunday, this is a 36 hour work week but will be paid for 40.
