Maintenance Technician
Position Summary
The main job duty for this position will be to build Kit boxes to ship our Kit Airplanes to customers as well as building custom boxes for other shipping and in house needs. This position will also require light building maintenance, grounds keeping as well as various duties at our manufacturing facilities.
This is a permanent, full time position.
Qualifications
• Experience with tools, equipment, and building materials.
• Must be able to identify and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Must be able to organize and prioritizes work activities using time efficiently.
• Must be able to demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to meet productivity standards and completes work in a timely manner.
• Must have basic math and analytical skills.
• Is honest, dependable and consistently at work and on time.
• Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Must be able to resolve problems independently.
• Treats people with courtesy and respect.
• Appropriate safety knowledge.
• Valid WA State driver license.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Compensation
Pay is based on experience. Range $16.00 to $20.00
• Six paid holidays annually;
• One week paid vacation after year one and two weeks of paid vacation per year afterwards;
