Aircraft Maintenance Manager

Position Summary

We’re looking for a responsible, motivated, and talented individual that can manage the service, repair, and maintenance of our aircraft as well as verifying aircraft are safe and compliant with FAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Overall supervision of all work flow including scheduling and work assignments
• Continually strive for ways to optimize work flow, improve efficiency, and maximize shop organization
• Direct management and supervision of all shop floor staff
• Schedule/coordinate the retrieval of projects with customers
• Plan and coordinate daily, weekly, monthly, and unscheduled maintenance activities
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Shop floor experience in general aviation and tube and fabric aircraft experience preferred
• Airframe and power plant licenses
• Inspector’s Authorization
• Supervisory experience
• Valid Driver’s license required

Compensation

• 1 week vacation accrual during 1st year of employment, 2 weeks vacation accrual during 2nd year of employment.
• Cub Crafters sick leave policy is more generous than what Washington State requires.
• 6 Paid Holidays
• 401K-Company contributes up to 4% of the employee’s contribution. Contributions may start the first of the month, following six months of employment.
