CubCrafters warrants this rebuilt aircraft against defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for one year. This warranty shall not cover defects in material or workmanship relating to the engine or avionics. This warranty shall commence on the date of delivery and cover a period of 12 months. CubCrafters agrees to repair or, at its option, replace any defective part without charge for parts or labor within the warranty period.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, water, hail, lightning, any other hazard or act of God, improper storage, unauthorized modification, failure to comply with the Flight Manual guidelines, or any other cause beyond the range of intended use except as deemed appropriate by CubCrafters.

Limitation of liability: In no event, whether based on contract or tort (including negligence) shall CubCrafters be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, special or punitive damages of any kind, including personal injury, loss of life, loss of revenue, loss of business, or other financial loss arising out of or in connection with the sale, maintenance, use, performance, failure, or interruption of its warranted products, even if CubCrafters has been advised of the possibilities of such damages. CubCrafters shall not be liable under this warranty if its testing and examination disclose that the alleged defect in the aircraft does not exist or was caused by the customer's or any third party's misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, unauthorized modification, failure to comply with the Flight Manual guidelines, or any other cause beyond the range of intended use.

This warranty is non-transferable.

The following are not covered by this warranty:

1. Aircraft on which the serial number or data plate has been defaced, modified or removed.
2. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
   • Accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, water, hail, lightning, any other hazard or act of God, improper storage, unauthorized modification, failure to comply with the Flight Manual guidelines, or any other cause beyond the range of intended use.
   • Alteration, repair or attempted repair by persons not authorized by CubCrafters.
   • Any shipment or transport of the aircraft.
   • Any other damages which do not relate to defect in parts or workmanship.

Note: No other warranty, written or verbal, is authorized by CubCrafters. This warranty applies to aircraft rebuilt according to the terms of the sales agreement only. This warranty is valid only if signed by the owner of the aircraft and an authorized CubCrafters employee.
