Equipment:
The famous Waco UBF-2 is prized for it’s performance, beauty and rarity. It is the perfect marriage of classic 1930s design and outstanding performance. To compare Waco’s airplanes to automobiles, the UPF-7 and YMF-5 would be Cadillacs and the UBF-2 would be a Porche. Waco Factory test pilots used to demonstrate the UBF-2 to take off and land within a 100 Ft. circle. A very outstanding feat for a 1931 design and it still can hold it’s weight with many modern STOL aircraft.
42 MPH Stall speed
115 MPH Cruise
